Microbial Insecticide Biological Pesticide 16000 iu/Mg Bt WP Spray for Brassicaceous Vegetable Tea Rice Cotton Maize
Bacillus thuringiensis (B.t) preparation is stomach poison, after entering the insect gut, with spore crystal (for protein) destroyed by insects using alkaline into smaller units of delta endotoxin, stopped in intestinal peristalsis, paralysis, in intestinal epithelial cell dissociation, gastric disorder, spore germination in the intestine, by the destruction of the intestinal wall into the blood cavity, a large number of breeding, make pests die of sepsis, The dead larvae are limp and black. At present, there are more than 30 known varieties of B. thuringiensis, some of which produce β -exotoxin during multiple growth stages. They are heat-resistant, an adenine nucleotide, and also play an insecticidal role.

Bt is the wide spectrum, high-effective bio-pesticides of stomach poison, which has excellent control effects to various pests and resistance pests. It especially has specialized killing function to lepidoptera, diptera, coleoptera pests.
Bacillus thuringiensis preparations mainly have good control effect on some lepidopteran pest larvae, and can be used to control cabbage caterpillars, rice budworms, inchworms, pine caterpillars, tobacco caterpillars, corn borers, cotton bollworms, rice leaf rollers, and moths , Ground tiger, etc.
Its insecticidal principle is that after being ingested by pests, Bacillus thuringiensis parasitizes in the midgut of the host, and grows and reproduces in a suitable alkaline environment in the intestine.
Subunits, they act on the midgut epithelial cells of the parasite, causing intestinal paralysis, perforation, paralysis of the parasite, and cessation of feeding. Then Bacillus thuringiensis entered the blood cavity to multiply, causing sepsis, resulting in the death of the parasite
Dosage: depends on the target pests, spray
Spray : To control cabbage caterpillars, rice budworms, light moths, giant molluscs and stinging moths, spray 75-100 grams of fungus powder per 666.7 square meters.
To control diamondback moth and sweet potato hawkmoth, use 150 grams of fungus powder per 666.7 square meters ~200 g, spray on water.
Bt is better to add 0.1% synthetic washing powder or tea seed cake powder to the bacterial liquid.
As a bacterial biocide, Bt is particularly effective in preventing lepidopteran larvae, but the following points should be paid attention to when using it :
1. BT insecticide spores in the temperature of 20℃ - 25℃, relative humidity is more than 85% of the highest activity, the best application effect. In the temperature of 20℃ below, sunlight for a long time, strong wind and heavy rain and other environmental conditions, the activity is low, the application effect is poor, so to avoid these adverse weather application. In strong light and temperature above 25℃, it is advisable to apply around 5 PM, cloudy day can be applied all day. When applying medicine, the front and back of the leaf should be sprayed thoroughly to improve the efficacy. Powder should be applied in the morning and evening after dew or light rain, in order to facilitate drug adhesion on crop stems and leaves, play a toxic role.
2. Bt is slower than chemical pesticides in its rapidefficacy, and its duration is about 10 days. When spraying, a small amount of adhesive can be added, such as 0.1% concentration washing powder, and the effect is better.
3. Do not mix with fungicides (such as carbendazim, topzin, etc.) when applying. The sprayer sprayed with fungicide should also be washed clean, otherwise fungicide will kill part of Bt bacteria, thus affecting the insecticidal effect.
4. Pay attention to insect density. In order to eliminate the pests as soon as possible, a small amount of pyrethroid pesticides can be added when the density of insects in the field is high, such as Speed of killing ding, xing Mian bao, kung fu and so on. Add 1~2 milliliters in sprayer commonly can. In the occurrence of pests and mixed with a variety of pests, it is suitable to be mixed with insecticides, insecticides, methamidophos, triazophos, dichlorvos, trichlorfon and other chemical insecticides. If 200 ml of BT emulsion is used per mu, the control effect on cnaphalocrocis medinalis is only 70%-80% and that on Chilo suppressalis is only 60%. The control efficiency of cnaphalocrocis medinalis could reach 95% if 100 ml of BT emulsion and 100 ml of 18% insecticidal double water were used per mu. The control effect of 200 ml BT emulsion and 100 ml double insecticide on chilo suppressalis was 95%.
5. Determine the appropriate application time BT insecticide efficacy is slower than chemical insecticide, application time should be 2-3 days in advance than chemical insecticide, to egg incubation period to 1 instar larva stage application effect is the best, such as cabbage insect in this period application control effect can reach 92%.
6. Mulberry garden is forbidden and can not be mixed with alkaline pesticides.
This product should be stored in a dry and cool warehouse below 25℃ to prevent exposure to sunlight and humidity. Do not mix with food, seeds, feed and grain. Don't be stressed. Keep out of the reach of children, and keep it locked. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage.
