On the morning of December 12, 2024, Dr. Lin Chunhong, Director of the Healthy China Engineering Green Development Center/Doctoral Supervisor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law/President of Wuhan Unioasis, went to Huazhong Agricultural University to train the students of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Agricultural Technology Promotion Backbone Talent Training Course on "Promoting Rural Revitalization with New Quality Productivity". He provided a detailed introduction on how the green prevention and control 5+2 system with microbial technology as the core can promote rural revitalization as a new quality productivity.
In the afternoon, more than 70 students went to Wuhan Unioasis and its green prevention and control ecological town for comprehensive practical learning. Dr. Chen Jiao, Executive Director of Wuhan University and Wuhan Unioasis Joint R&D Center, demonstrated in detail each application scenario of the green prevention and control 5+2 system for the students, such as the application of microbial technology in composting, the role of carbonized rice husks in increasing soil organic carbon and improving soil, and the entire process of increasing soil organic matter from 0.7% to 5% in the town after 4 years of improvement. At the same time, the full process green prevention and control technology of tomatoes was showcased, and the taste of tomatoes from childhood was tasted. Especially the case of biodiversity restoration after the improvement of green prevention and control technology was demonstrated, and the emergence of fireflies and the recovery of a large number of natural enemies provided practical answers.
The students are very interested in this morning theoretical learning and afternoon practical learning mode, and the integration of knowledge and action can promote the timely implementation of green defense technology.
