In order to accelerate the cultivation of talent teams for rural industrial revitalization and promote high-quality agricultural development, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Finance launched the Tou Yan project for cultivating leaders in rural industrial revitalization starting from 2022. On September 23, 2024, a learning seminar with the theme of high-quality agricultural development was held at the Erhai Lake Green Prevention and Control Technology Academy, aiming to accurately identify the development difficulties of the Tou Yan students at Sun Yat sen University and provide practical and feasible solutions for one-on-one assistance.
Dr. Lin Chunhong, Director of the Healthy China Engineering Green Development Center, Expert Mentor of the Rural Revitalization Professional Committee of Sun Yat sen University, Professor/Doctoral Supervisor of the Philosophy School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, President of Wuhan Unioasis, Gong Xiaojun, Director of the Green Prevention and Control Business Unit of Wuhan Unioasis, Yu Hao, Director of the Green Prevention and Control Business Unit, Li Jinrong, Wang Min, Green Prevention and Control Engineers, Song Mingbo, Ling Tichao, Zhong Caisheng and other students from the second batch of Tou Yan in Yunnan Province, as well as Yao Zhongping, Chen Zhi and other students from the School of Science and Technology, attended the conference.
Dr. Lin shared the "5+2" technology system for green prevention and control of Wuhan Unioasis with the students of Tou Yan and the Science and Technology College, and focused on explaining the standardized management of agricultural enterprises, including the contradiction between high-quality agricultural development and the lack of agricultural planting management system. The green prevention and control system is the foundation of standardized agricultural management, and the quality management system for green development of agricultural enterprises (planting industry). Dr. Lin pointed out that according to the demand for green development, agriculture needs to achieve the "2H+6" goal of green development in the future. 2H "means that agricultural products should achieve high quality and value, from green agricultural products to organic agricultural products to healthy agricultural products. The "6" refers to the six goals of protecting the ecological environment: continuous soil improvement, biodiversity restoration, reduction of non-point source sewage, improvement of air quality, achievement of the 3060 goal of reducing carbon emissions, and development of circular agriculture to achieve zero waste. Promote the application of green quality management (planting) system in agricultural enterprises, work together to promote the development of biotechnology and ecological agriculture enterprises, so as to enable more countries to practice Xi Jinping's ecological civilization ideology and enhance China's discourse power.
After Dr. Lin finished his report, the attending students engaged in in-depth discussions on the planting issues they are currently facing. Faced with the difficult problems encountered in the current planting process raised by the students, Dr. Lin, together with his expert team, proposed targeted solutions based on professional perspectives, In response to the confusion encountered by students during the current research process, Dr. Lin answered their questions one by one with full enthusiasm and patience.
The attending students expressed that they have benefited greatly from this learning seminar, and are very grateful to the teachers for solving their long-standing difficult problems, enhancing their confidence in industrial prosperity, and effectively improving their own agricultural production level. In November 2020, Wuhan Unioasis won the title of "Top Ten Brand Enterprises of Biological Pesticides and Biological Control" issued by the "Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation of Biological Pesticides and Biological Control Industry" established by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. In December 2020, Wuhan Unioasis won the title of "Top Twenty of Biological Agriculture" issued by the 2020 International Agricultural Food Top 100 Future · Baima Summit (IFA2020).
