On March 15, 2024, Professor Xin Guorong, Vice Dean of the School of Agriculture at Sun Yat sen University, led Associate Professors He Chuntao, Chen Hao, Huang Xiaochen, Guo Junjie, and postdoctoral fellows Li Ling and Yin Junhui, as well as Dr. Lin Chunhong, President of Wuhan Unioasis, Yu Hao, Director of the Green Prevention and Control Business Unit, Li Jinrong, Green Prevention and Control Engineer, Wang Min, and students Li Xue and Che Yijiao who stayed in the academy, to gather at the Erhai Green Prevention and Control Technology Academy to discuss the future.
Li Jinrong led the teachers to visit the small academy and the plant hospital laboratory, and reported on the relevant achievements of the one-year trial operation, especially the usage methods of the company's products and cases of excellent performance in the field.
Dr. Lin gave a detailed explanation to the teachers about the 5+2 technology system for green prevention and control in Wuhan Unioasis. He elaborated on the close connection between this system and the national rural revitalization strategy, and shared practical application cases of using this technology system to assist rural revitalization.
Vice Dean Xin Guorong used the birth and growth of the School of Agriculture at Sun Yat sen University as a clue to tell everyone about the historical evolution process, rich historical heritage, and unique cultural connotations.
Li Xue reported to everyone on the experimental situation and achievements of the morel and vegetable rotation model project she implemented in the Erhai area. Li Jinrong reported on the progress of the work of the Green Prevention and Control Technology Academy, and her report was unanimously recognized by the attending teachers.
After the meeting, Li Jinrong led everyone to visit the experimental base for the cultivation of morel mushrooms in Gusheng Village, to understand the problems encountered during the planting process and propose practical solutions.
The meeting unanimously agreed that the Green Prevention and Control Technology Academy will fully utilize the collaborative advantages of enterprises, universities, and local governments to provide technical support, accelerate the field trial and demonstration of new technologies and products, vigorously promote the green prevention and control technology system, and contribute its own strength to the high-quality development of agriculture in the Erhai River Basin.
